I’ve entered the wrong shipping address

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address into your order and your order has been placed, please send a direct email to admin@shirtlessapparel.com and contact us immediately.
Specify "Incorrect shipping address in my order" as the email subject and please include any address changes.
Once the order has been processed ready for dispatch to the initially stated address, we cannot make any amendments and cannot be held liable for you not receiving your parcel.

I’ve ordered the wrong size or colour

If you have accidentally chosen an incorrect item or size in your order and your order has been placed, contact us immediately at admin@shirtlessapparel.com
Specify "Incorrect item selected in my order" as the email subject and please include what you need to change regarding your order.
We would advise doing this as quickly as possible, as we dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Once the order has been processed ready for dispatch, we will be unable to make any amendments to the order.
Should you wish to change an item but you are too late, you will be liable for the return cost should you wish to exchange it.

We have free shipping included with every order to every country around the world excluding the ones listed below:

I received an incorrect or faulty item

If one of our products arrives faulty or is incorrect, please contact our customer support team via our email at admin@shirtlessapparel.com
We will then ask you to post back the faulty or incorrect item and we will reissue a new item to you free of cost. We will refund the postage you pay to return the faulty or incorrect item.
In some circumstances we may ask you to provide photos of the incorrect or faulty item.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days from the date of order.
All orders are dispatched via Australia Post unless stated otherwise.

Shipping Times
Domestic (Australia) - up to 6 working days
International – up to 15 working days

Can I make a return for a different size?

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size this is not a problem, however the return postage cost must be covered by the customer.
If you would like to make an exchange please email admin@shirtlessapparel.com and we will provide you with the return address.
If you wish to make a size exchange you must notify us by email within 14 days of purchase date for Domestic orders, and 21 days for International orders.
